How to downgrade Mail Mac

E-mail account setup in the standard mail client of Mac OS X 10.11 and higher (Apple Mail)

Your previously entered email address and password should already be filled in, if not please enter them again.

The User name is your E-mail address.

Account type:

You have to choose the IMAP or POP account type.

Incoming email server:

Enter the name of the server on which your hosting package is located. Depending on whether you have selected IMAP or POP3 as the account type, this is the IMAP or POP3 SSL secured incoming mail server.

Outgoing email server:

The server name is the same as for the incoming mail server. It is an SMTP secured outgoing mail server.

Now call up your e-mail settings

You will also receive the required data in the e-mail manager module of your control panel. To do this, click on the field in the email manager "Action>" next to the respective email address. Then you choose the menu item "Settings for mail client". Here you can find all information at a glance.


Check your details and select "Register". Your settings will now be checked.
