DJI Care Refresh

Comprehensive protection for DJI products

1. Validity period

The exchange service provided by DJI Care Refresh (1-year contract) is valid for 12 months.
The exchange service provided by DJI Care Refresh (2-year contract) is valid for 24 months.
The period of validity begins on the date specified in the DJI Care Refresh service contract.

2. Scope

DJI Care Refresh offers international coverage for DJI OM 4, DJI RS 2, DJI RSC 2 and DJI Pocket 2. For qualified products purchased from official or authorized DJI sales channels with valid proof of purchase, the local service center will determine whether the product meets the requirements. You can request the replacement service from any of the official DJI repair centers around the world that support the DJI Care Refresh Service. The terms and the exchange fee are based on the country or region in which you are requesting the DJI Care Refresh Service.

For other products, the exchange service is only permitted in the region in which the DJI Care Refresh service contract was purchased.

3. Number of exchange devices

The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh (1-year contract) offers up to two replacement devices within the validity period. The number of exchanges for accidental damage is 2 and for flyaway incidents is 1.
The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh (2-year contract) offers up to three replacement devices within the validity period. The number of replacement devices for accidental damage is 3 and for flyaway incidents 2.

A replacement device will be withdrawn after a replacement has been used. The replacement device is automatically linked to the DJI Care Refresh Service of the original product and uses the warranty period of the original product. You can check the number of exchange products available online.

4. Covering of individual components

1) List of Components Covered

With the DJI AIR 2S, DJI FPV, Mavic series and the Spark series, the aircraft, gimbal, camera, propeller and battery can be exchanged.
With the Osmo series, the camera (including the camera housing) and the battery can be replaced.
In the Ronin series, the gimbal and the handle can be exchanged.
With the P4 series, the aircraft, gimbal, camera and propeller can be exchanged.
The Inspire 2 has the aircraft and propellers interchangeable.
With the Zenmuse series, the gimbal and the camera can be exchanged.
* The number of spare parts listed above (if applicable): aircraft × 1, gimbal × 1, battery × 1, propeller (pair) × 2

2) If you are requesting the accidental replacement service for your product, please return the DJI product components listed in the List of Covered Components above [see note below]. DJI will then provide you with the corresponding exchange products. If you request the flyaway exchange service, there is no need to return any parts. After completing the exchange service, DJI will provide you with the corresponding exchange products.

Note:

• If your battery is working normally, you can choose to return it or not: When the battery is returned, DJI will provide you with a battery as part of this accidental replacement service. If the battery is not returned, a replacement battery will not be provided.
• If your battery cannot be shipped due to severe damage or is rejected by the courier, please contact DJI to provide proof of a damaged battery in the form of photos or videos. A spare battery will be provided after the photo / video has been checked.

3) The replacement devices are brand new products or are equivalent to brand new products in performance and reliability.

4) Components that are not on the Covered Component List are not affected by the exchange service, so return shipping is not required.

5. Type of service

If your product is damaged and the damaged parts listed in the Covered Components List can be provided, Accidental Damage Exchange Service can be used. If the damaged parts listed in the Covered Components List cannot be provided, you will have to pay the material fee for the missing parts. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the accident damage replacement service.

If a flyaway incident occurs, please use the flyaway exchange service in the app. If you cannot complete your flyaway application because the requirements are not met, you will unfortunately not be able to use the flyaway exchange service.

6. Service fee

1) Fees for exchange devices: An additional exchange fee must be paid for using the exchange service. The exchange fee depends on the type of accident and the number of previous accidents. Click here to see the exchange fees for each product.

2) Shipping costs and other charges

The exchange service is only available in the country or region (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Area") that you selected when you purchased DJI Care Refresh. DJI pays the shipping costs generated in the service area in both directions. If you use the exchange service in a non-service area, DJI pays the shipping costs generated in the service area in both directions. The shipping costs, taxes and other fees that are incurred by national transport and are not specified in this agreement are borne by the customer. DJI has the right to refuse to provide an exchange service if the above conditions are not met.

Please do not return any components or products that are not covered by the service, such as: B. the remote control, additional batteries, DJI accessories or accessories from third parties. You will bear the fees incurred in returning the above items.
